All of our therapists must hold a valid license in the state of New York and are required to complete a foundational DBT training within six months of hire, which we will contribute towards. Must be a diligent self-starter with the desire and willingness to be a life-long learner. Must also embrace teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment. Clinical staff must be motivated to treat at risk population struggling with suicidal ideation and self-harming behavior.
