Westchester County DBT Therapy
We support individuals who are struggling with intense emotions, anxiety, depression, impulsive behaviors, and relationship challenges.
We also offer DBT groups for those with borderline personality disorder , Trauma, Domestic Violence, and others struggles that group therapy supports.
Our program brings together individual DBT therapy, structured skills training, DBT group therapy, coaching between sessions, and family or parent involvement when appropriate.
For Westchester residents, treatment is available through secure telehealth with New York–licensed clinicians who work together as a DBT consultation team. We have four offices located in the Tri- State Area and have been growing since 2008 to support all New York residents.
This allows clients to receive specialized DBT without having to travel each week to find a program that provides the level of structure and support they need.
For those who prefer in-person care and are able to travel, we also have a Manhattan office at 303 Fifth Avenue in NoMad, within walking distance of Penn Station.
DBT Therapy Throughout Westchester County
We work with individuals and families throughout Westchester County who are looking for specialized DBT treatment that may not be readily available close to home.
Our telehealth DBT programs are available to clients in Scarsdale, Rye, Bronxville, Chappaqua, White Plains, Larchmont, Armonk, Mamaroneck, Harrison, Mount Kisco, and other Westchester communities.
Families often reach out to us when a child, teen, or adult is struggling with intense emotions, self-harm or suicidal thoughts, impulsive behaviors, difficult relationships, anxiety, depression, or patterns that have not changed with traditional therapy alone.
Our goal is not simply to help someone feel better during a therapy session. DBT teaches skills that can be practiced when emotions are high and old behaviors are most tempting—at home, at school, at work, and in relationships. Support is available between sessions that help you apply skills in real time.

Why DBT?
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of therapy designed for people who feel like they’ve been talking in therapy for a long time but not really moving forward.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed by emotions, repeating the same patterns, or going in circles despite trying hard, DBT offers something different. Instead of only talking about why things feel the way they do, DBT teaches practical skills to help you manage emotions, cope with stress, and handle relationships more effectively—in the moment, when life is actually happening.
DBT helps you understand why certain reactions make sense and learn how to respond in ways that create real change. It’s for people who need more structure, more guidance, and tools they can actually use when things feel intense.
