Trinity HaswellTrinity has joined Suffolk DBT this year as a second-year social work master’s candidate from Columbia University in New York City. She graduated in 2019 with a bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in sociology from Mount Saint Mary College. Trinity has experience working in the field of animal assisted therapy, specifically horse related, with individuals who have intellectual disabilities, first responders, and veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Trinity is in training to complete a DBT Skills training course through Behavioral Tech. Her preferred clinical approaches include mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and maintaining a collaborative relationship with clients.

Trinity is looking forward to becoming a part of the Suffolk DBT team. She enjoys helping clients develop a sense of empowerment and helping them to uncover their hidden strengths. She looks forward to working with clients and helping them live the way that’s meaningful to them.
