Nassau County DBT Therapy

In the fall of 2022, Suffolk DBT expanded their reach on Long Island and established their third location in Roslyn Heights (11577). Nearly 10 years ago, Suffolk DBT was born out of founder Jeanette Lorandini’s passion to help families and their children learn to thrive using DBT skills.

The DBT treatment we offer is centered on the task of meeting our clients where they are in depths of their suffering, when their relationships feel unsteady, and when family ties are stretched thin. When those searching for an answer to their pain find our Long Island DBT program, we want them to know that they are cared for, and that there is help available. For every client that walks through our doors, we strive to create an environment of hope and acceptance.

At Suffolk DBT, our clinicians live by the principles that they teach. This means that the DBT skills that we teach you are the same ones we use in our own lives to create structure, the same ones that allow us to effectively cope with our stressors.
