Dialectical Behavior Therapy at Suffolk DBT is a structured, comprehensive program—it’s not something you simply show up for once a week and then try to carry on your own.
You’ll work with a clinician based in New York, with in-person availabiltiy, supported by a full DBT team, in a consistent, structured environment designed to reduce chaos and build stability over time.
Our program includes individual therapy, structured skills training, and support between sessions, so you’re not left trying to figure things out on your own when emotions run high.
