Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Programs for Adolescents
At Suffolk DBT, our dialectical behavior therapy program treats middle school-aged children in grades 6th – 8th who are facing a variety of issues and situations including:

We teach the full DBT Program of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness over the course of 24 weeks. These skills are taught in a multi-family group with both a parent and the child in attendance. Each child must be in individual DBT treatment at Suffolk DBT with parental involvement.
