In our DBT programs, parents learn DBT skills through structured family and parent-focused support. For adult clients (18+), family groups are designed just for parents and other supports. In our DBT for Adolescents (DBT-A) program, parents attend group alongside their teen so the whole family can learn and practice the skills together.
